We are now looking for two social pedagogical resource persons for the Dependency and Housing Team.
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who wants to work as psychosocial support within the municipality, focusing on harmful use, dependency, and comorbidity. You will work independently and on a task-based basis according to the individual's needs, which also involves coordinating contacts with both internal and external actors. The work focuses on strengthening the individual's opportunities for an independent life.
In this role, you will often meet the individual in their home environment or out in the community. The work is flexible and requires that you enjoy working closely with people and adapting support to the individual's needs.
As a social pedagogical resource person or case manager, you are a central force in providing support to individuals with various life challenges, often in the form of comorbidity or complex needs. You meet each individual with curiosity, respect, and a clear belief that change is possible.
What you will do:

- Contribute to a promoting and preventive approach in line with the new SoL.
- Coordinate contacts and create security through good collaboration with care, authorities, and civil society.
- Utilize and contribute to evidence-based and knowledge-based practice.
The work takes place close to other workgroups, primarily the housing social team, and may involve supporting other teams within the unit as needed. This may involve varying tasks depending on the needs of the operation.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or another behavioral science higher education that is deemed sufficient by the employer. Personal suitability is highly valued.
Desirable qualifications include knowledge of applicable legislation, the comorbidity reform, social services work, and outpatient care, as well as experience working with individuals with harmful use, dependency, and comorbidity. Experience with documentation in LifeCare, training in the Case Management Strengths Model, Solution Focus, and Motivational Interviewing is also desirable.
As a person, you are driven, interested in client work, and have good collaboration skills. You thrive when the work is varied and reality-based. You want to be part of the solution – in big and small ways.
A valid driver's license, category B, is required.
Before employment, a criminal record extract must be presented.
