JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a social worker at the Children and Youth Unit, your tasks will include investigating children's needs for support and protection, as well as following up on placements and interventions concerning children and youth according to applicable legislation.

We actively work on competence-enhancing measures for the unit. There are also initiatives to expand our outpatient care, and work has begun on collaboration with primary schools and student health services. All employees are offered external process guidance. The position includes on-call duty after office hours according to a schedule.

Salary supplements based on previous experience in public authority work in the field of children and youth will be applied. We also apply flexible working hours and offer the possibility of remote work two days a week. Additionally, wellness grants and the opportunity to exchange vacation day supplements for extra leave are offered.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained social worker. More than 5 years of experience in public authority work in the field of children and youth is an advantage. You need to have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. We will place great importance on your personal suitability and your personal qualities such as flexibility, collaboration, and initiative.

A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.
