A job close to life and death

As a customer advisor/ceremony host, you create trust and confidence with our customers and are the guide in a time that for many is filled with grief and uncertainty. Working with funerals is varied, eventful, and requires a good understanding of people's different needs. You take overall responsibility for planning and adapting the ceremony according to the customer's needs and wishes while always having the support of colleagues who are close at hand. Some of the tasks include:

• Meeting relatives and providing advice on planning and conducting the funeral ceremony, including choosing ceremony type, coffins, urns, and other details
• Preparing cost estimates, handling invoicing and payments
• Coordinating and liaising with external suppliers such as florists, congregations, faith communities, and authorities
• Acting as a representative in churches, chapels, and other gathering places in connection with ceremonies
• Providing support and practical guidance to relatives throughout the funeral process, from the first meeting to subsequent follow-up.

We are now looking for a colleague for our customer area Stockholm Northwest, and we see that you will be based at one of our offices in the city; Fridhemsplan, Odenplan, and Sankt Eriksplan. As a mobile customer advisor/ceremony host, you will move within the entire customer area, which also includes Järfälla, Vällingby, Solna, and Sundbyberg, helping as needed. At Fonus, we work as a team and support each other, which means you will work with colleagues at several different offices.

The position is a permanent full-time employment. Fonus applies a 6-month probationary period.

What you bring with you

• Experience in service and/or sales
• Experience working with a customer focus
• Good administrative skills and familiarity with various business systems as well as the Office suite
• Have a B driver's license
• It is an advantage if you speak multiple languages or have experience in our or related fields
• It is an advantage if you have experience working in project form
