About the Position

We are now looking for someone who wants to make a difference for children, young people, and adults with various disabilities, including autism and ADHD. You will work extra mainly in the evenings and on weekends, approximately 2-8 hours per week. The assignments are located in Nacka municipality.

As a companion and respite caregiver, you will provide support to the individual, both at home, in the local area, and during various activities that contribute to joyful, rewarding, and developmental moments for the person.

We try to match interests between you and the individual. Therefore, we would appreciate it if you could include in your application any special interests, talents, or skills you may have.

About You

As a person, it is important that you are reliable, empathetic, and attentive. It is also important that you are responsible and can work independently. You have good pedagogical skills and are good at motivating others.

It is an advantage but not a requirement if you have experience or education related to children, care, and social services, or pedagogy. However, if you primarily have the will, commitment, and are looking for a long-term assignment, do not hesitate to apply!

Scope: 2-8 hours per week. There are a total of 6 positions available.

Start Date: Immediately

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

Due to the nature of the position, which may involve solitary work, night work, and tasks that, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.
