You will be part of a new team of about ten colleagues where you will ensure that customers quickly receive support, information, and guidance. The work mainly consists of answering incoming calls, handling administrative tasks, and updating customer information in the systems. Since many cases are recurring and follow clear routines, you should enjoy structure, repetitive tasks, and working focused over time. During periods, call volumes may be high, which requires good multitasking skills and calmness even when the pace increases.
You will receive initial training at the office where you will gain broad insight into the business and the work processes you will be involved in.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional guidance
- Update customer information and register cases
- Schedule follow-up appointments or follow up on ongoing cases
- Ensure that each customer has a safe and positive experience
- Has a high school diploma
- Has experience in customer service or another service role
- Enjoys using the phone as the primary work tool
- Has good computer skills and can work in the Office suite
- Speaks and writes very good Swedish and English
- Can work full-time during the period of June to August
Meritorious:
- Experience with administrative tasks or invoicing issues

About the EmploymentThis is a consulting assignment with employment as a consultant at OIO.
