Our client is now strengthening their customer service organization and building a new summer team. You will primarily work with incoming phone calls, helping customers understand the situation they are in and ensuring that the right actions are taken.
The people calling in may be in the midst of something unexpected that affects their daily lives - anything from something ruining their vacation plans to suddenly needing quick advice for a larger family event. In these moments, your calmness, structure, and professional demeanor are crucial for the customer to feel secure.
You will also work administratively to update customer details, register information, and book follow-ups as needed. The work takes place on-site at the office, where you will be part of a team that together creates an efficient and helpful customer flow.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and guide customers through the next steps
- Provide clear and structured information in pressured situations
- Update and correct customer details
- Handle email inquiries and simpler administrative tasks
- Book follow-ups and coordinate assignments within the organization
- Is a university student and can work part-time from April
- Can work full-time Monday to Friday from June to August
- Has good communication skills in both Swedish and English
- Has previous experience in service, customer contact, or administration
- Enjoys working on-site in an office environment

This is a consulting assignment with employment as a consultant at OIO.
Additional Information- Scope: Part-time work 2-3 days/week, full-time June-August
- Working hours: Weekdays 08:00–17:00
- Start & duration of the assignment: Immediate until August
- Location: Stockholm
