About Us

The Medical Clinic is the largest clinic in the county with operations in nephrology, general internal medicine including emergency care in the emergency department and AVA, cardiology, geriatrics, endocrinology, hematology, gastroenterology, SSIH/palliative care, and neurology/stroke. The nephrology section's operations include investigation, care, and treatment at our kidney outpatient clinic and ward. We also have a dialysis unit serving the northern part of the county. We are now looking for another specialist physician who wants to be part of the continued development of our operations. We seek someone with a team spirit who wants a varied job in a clinic and a hospital that has all the advantages of a medium-sized hospital in terms of both breadth and depth. Your Responsibilities

Typical duties as a specialist physician in the nephrology section. These include work in outpatient care at the kidney clinic and dialysis as well as inpatient care in the kidney ward. The section's specialist physicians in nephrology also staff an on-call line until 19:00 every day of the week. This also includes rounding the ward remotely during weekends. Your Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed physician with specialist competence in nephrology. A double specialty in internal medicine/nephrology is also meritorious. We place great importance on personal qualities and also see that you have good communication skills in contact with patients, relatives, and your colleagues. Proficiency in Swedish according to the EU self-assessment scale level C1 is required. Personal suitability is highly valued.
