We are now looking for substitutes for our substitute pool who want to help shape the school of the future with us.

About the position

You will be part of our substitute pool consisting of 3 employees. You will receive assignments through our substitute coordinators during other staff's absence. You will also be part of a dedicated work team.

About Bergsjö School

Nordanstig Municipality consists of several schools with a total of about 900 students with a shared secondary school in Bergsjö. We are a K-9 school in the heart of Nordanstig, with approximately 500 students. The Adapted Primary School 1-10 also operates in the same premises. Here you will encounter high engagement among staff and a clear ambition to make a difference – every day.

Together, we work for higher goal fulfillment and a more equitable school. The Swedish National Agency for Education, SPSM, Mid Sweden University, and RUC-X are some of the partners we collaborate with to achieve this.

We work for equity and the same conditions between schools, as all students meet in the municipality's secondary school. We strive for good transitions and a reflective environment where everyone has the opportunity to develop and achieve good results.
