We are expanding and need to grow our team! We are now looking for an experienced and driven Production Coordinator!
Wildlife Garden is a family-owned company founded in 2005 in Båstad.
The company's hallmark is functional and picturesque design items for the home and garden. Nature is close to our hearts, and we invest a lot of time and effort into developing products with care for both people and nature.
We currently have 13 employees working from our headquarters in the business village of Båstad, and we have three employees in China. Our turnover is 50 million SEK with stable and long-term growth. We collaborate with over a thousand retailers across Europe and Australia.
Are you our new colleague?
You will be involved in the entire production process, from design to finished product. There are many products and processes to coordinate, so it is important that you enjoy juggling multiple tasks and that you are structured and systematic, without getting stressed by having many projects at once.
The products you will work with are designed in Sweden and manufactured in Asia. The manufacturing is a so-called artisanal series production that requires a lot of manual work. All products are made from durable materials such as wood, metal, and ceramics. We have a very close collaboration with our producers throughout the entire production process.
We are looking for someone who:
Is flexible and driven, you get things done and enjoy working towards deadlines. You appreciate working both independently and as part of a team. You are curious, can turn challenges into opportunities, and have outstanding planning and organizational skills. You have logical and analytical thinking and enjoy working administratively, and as a person, you are meticulous and always seek to work as efficiently as possible. It is an advantage if you have previously worked with a project management tool, such as ASANA. You see possibilities and develop solutions to achieve set goals together with your team. You are used to juggling multiple tasks without getting stressed. You have excellent communication skills in Swedish and English. If you have any form of design education, it is a plus.
Your tasks:
As a Production Coordinator with us, you will work operationally and strategically with various tasks within Production, Purchasing, Aftermarket, and Quality. You will be part of the Design & Production Department, and your role will be to administer and follow up on various projects related to products and product development. You will work closely with our production manager, designer, and manufacturers, as well as collaborate with the marketing and sales departments. You will report to the CEO.
- Input and follow up on projects in our project tool, ASANA.
- Monitor competitors' activities and pricing.
- Create product documentation.
- Manage form protection handling.
- Compile evaluations of the product range and individual products.
- Manage product samples to ensure they are always current.
- Review quality inspections conducted by our quality inspectors.
- Approve final inspections before delivery.
- Conduct spot checks on incoming deliveries.
- Drive customer feedback meetings and plan with the sales department.
- Compile information for other departments about news and changes in the product range and production.
- Manage contact with authorities regarding permits, customs codes, etc.
You have:
- Some form of higher education or experience in a similar role.
- Experience in project coordination and various administrative tasks.
- Proficient in the Office suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel. It is an advantage if you know InDesign and Photoshop.
