About Frontpac
FrontPac is Scandinavia's most complete manufacturer of printed corrugated and cardboard packaging. The company is located in Arlöv, Simlångsdalen, and Gävle and currently employs about 200 experts who work purposefully to meet all of their customers' packaging needs. With competence, flexibility, and care, FrontPac challenges the expected, simplifies the purchasing experience, and delivers – here and now.
The Role of Supply Chain Coordinator
As a Supply Chain Coordinator at Frontpac, you will have a very broad role and become an important part of the Supply Chain department – from purchasing, project management, planning, customer service, and logistics. The role is suitable for you who want to see the big picture, enjoy variation in your workday, and want to build experience in supply chain.
You will work closely with colleagues in purchasing, project management, planning, customer service, and logistics, helping where the need is greatest. The position is both operational and development-oriented, meaning that you not only follow processes but also contribute to improving them.
The work is varied and includes, among other things:
Ordering materials and products from suppliers.
Participating in negotiations with suppliers and following up on delivery precision and quality.
Registering and following up on customer orders.
Ensuring that the right products are produced and delivered on time.
Preparing production orders.
Supporting production planning.
Supporting logistics by optimizing inventory, capacity, and material flows to increase efficiency and service levels.
Assisting in delivery planning and transport booking as needed (domestic and international).
Participating in improvement projects within the supply chain.
Contributing to the development of working methods, systems, and data usage.
Being involved in how AI and digital tools can be used for forecasting, planning, and efficiency improvements.
Are you the one we are looking for?
We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, industrial economics, production, or similar. We see that you are a recent graduate or have up to a couple of years of experience in the field. You have good computer skills, an interest in systems and data, and excellent knowledge of Swedish and English.
As a person, you are curious and willing to learn new things. You work in a structured manner but are also flexible and take responsibility for following tasks through to completion.
You have good communication skills, enjoy many points of contact, and are solution-oriented with a willingness to pitch in where needed.
Previous experience in logistics, production, or administration is an advantage but not a requirement – the most important thing is that you want to develop and take responsibility.
With us, you will be offered a broad role with good development opportunities, where you gain practical experience of the entire supply chain flow. You will become part of a workplace with short decision-making paths, a good team spirit, and support from experienced colleagues. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to grow within the company over time and participate in development and digitization projects.
We offer a full-time position at Scandinavia's leading company in the industry. Our goal is to be the obvious choice for both employees and customers.
As a final step in the recruitment process, we conduct mandatory background checks on our candidates.
Selection is ongoing.
All forms of phone calls and emails that do not concern questions about the position, e.g., from recruitment/staffing agencies/ad salespeople, are not welcome.
