ArkivIT is a consulting company with expertise in digital archive and information management, offering services in our areas of Archive & Registration, Data Protection, Information Security, and E-archives. The company was founded in 2010, and since then, our services have expanded, our expertise has broadened, and we continue to grow. Our consultants are dedicated to their profession and contribute their specialist knowledge to clients all over Sweden.

Our ambition is to take care of and protect the digital cultural heritage while strengthening our clients in modern e-governance and information management.

About the role We are looking for someone who lives in Skåne, for example, Malmö or Lund, and has previous experience as an archivist and wants to advance their career as a consultant!

As a consultant with us, you will have a variety of tasks within archive and information management. You will support our clients in various industries and help them maintain the highest possible standards in information management. You will also work strategically with governing documents within information management and educate and inform about regulations and legislation. Your expertise will make you a sought-after advisor in the field.

With us, you will be part of Information Management South West, a team of eight employees who are passionate about structure, order, and development. We are a close-knit group that enjoys helping each other and building knowledge together.

The position is based in Skåne, and you will work closely with our clients, at the client's office, with the possibility to combine remote work depending on the nature of the assignment.

Qualifications

• University degree in archival science with at least 60 credits or equivalent higher-level education

• Several years of experience as an archivist, e-archivist, IT archivist, or similar role

• Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish

Meritorious

• Experience in training staff

• Experience in implementing new operational systems and establishing information and document management plans

Personal abilities We are looking for someone who is flexible, responsive, and pragmatic in their work style, with a good ability to communicate your message in a pedagogical way. You are humble and meticulous, and enjoy working with varied tasks in a day that rarely looks the same. You appreciate variety and can easily adapt when circumstances change, whether it involves new assignments, different target groups, or shifting work environments.
