Viljan Hemmet Berg is a safe and homely residence in a beautiful red wooden house from the early 1900s. The facility is aimed at girls aged 14-20 with psychosocial issues and/or socially destructive behavior.
Viljan Hemmet Berg is located in the northern part of Stenungsund municipality in the locality of Ödsmål, about 5 km outside Stenungsund.
We are now looking forward to welcoming summer substitutes to us at Viljan Hemmet Berg! You will work as a substitute as needed. There will be opportunities for fixed-term employment. We have round-the-clock shifts, which means long working hours.
About the role of substitute treatment pedagogueThe tasks for the position revolve around the responsibility to support the youth in their daily lives and personal development based on a current care plan. The work is a combination of support and guidance, documentation and reporting, practical support and activity coordination, collaboration with guardians and authorities. Together with us, you will work in a team and be responsible for creating a safe and structured environment for the youth.
Main tasks:Daily support and interaction according to the youth's needs and implementation plans.
Contact with guardians, social services, and other important contacts for the youth.
Daily documentation.
Common household tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
Planning and implementation of activities.
Driving with and for youth for various errands and activities.
You are relationship-building and have a good ability to establish contact with people in vulnerable situations. You are calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive manner and enjoy collaborating with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the individual's needs.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Requirements:
Experience or education in a relevant field.
Driving license B.
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Good computer skills, experience in documentation. Meritorious:
Education such as treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue 180 HP or 400 YH.
Other equivalent education.
Employment conditions
Role: Treatment Pedagogue / Treatment Assistant
Employment type: Fixed-term employment/substitute
Working hours: 50-100%
Working time: Round-the-clock shifts (day, evening, sleeping on duty), occasional shorter shifts may occur.
Start date: April-June.
Collective agreement: We are bound by collective agreements with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Branch E.
