Viljan Hemmet Berg is a safe and homely residence in a beautiful red wooden house from the early 1900s. The facility is aimed at girls aged 14-20 with psychosocial issues and/or socially destructive behavior.

Viljan Hemmet Berg is located in the northern part of Stenungsund municipality in the locality of Ödsmål, about 5 km outside Stenungsund.

We are now looking forward to welcoming summer substitutes to us at Viljan Hemmet Berg! You will work as a substitute as needed. There will be opportunities for fixed-term employment. We have round-the-clock shifts, which means long working hours.

The tasks for the position revolve around the responsibility to support the youth in their daily lives and personal development based on a current care plan. The work is a combination of support and guidance, documentation and reporting, practical support and activity coordination, collaboration with guardians and authorities. Together with us, you will work in a team and be responsible for creating a safe and structured environment for the youth.

• Daily support and interaction according to the youth's needs and implementation plans.

• Contact with guardians, social services, and other important contacts for the youth.

• Daily documentation.

• Common household tasks such as cooking and cleaning.

• Planning and implementation of activities.

• Driving with and for youth for various errands and activities.

You are relationship-building and have a good ability to establish contact with people in vulnerable situations. You are calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive manner and enjoy collaborating with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the individual's needs.

Requirements:

• Experience or education in a relevant field.

• Driving license B.

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Good computer skills, experience in documentation. Meritorious:

• Education such as treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue 180 HP or 400 YH.

• Other equivalent education.

Employment conditions

Role: Treatment Pedagogue / Treatment Assistant

Employment type: Fixed-term employment/substitute

Working hours: 50-100%

Working time: Round-the-clock shifts (day, evening, sleeping on duty), occasional shorter shifts may occur.

Start date: April-June.

Collective agreement: We are bound by collective agreements with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Branch E.
