Kristineberg School in Åmål gathers all students in grades 7-9 in and around Åmål. There is a good working climate among the school's 410 students and about 50 staff members. We work in interdisciplinary teams, which provides excellent opportunities for meetings with people with different skills, experiences, and interests.

What do we offer
The school is led by a principal and an assistant principal. Student health is present every day with special educators, counselors, and school nurses, as well as special teachers and social educators. A number of teaching assistants support both students and staff in the various teams.

Your mission
The position involves teaching the subjects French, Spanish, and/or German, preferably in combination with another subject. As a colleague at Kristineberg School, you are expected to collaborate with your colleagues in an interdisciplinary team with a clear student focus. You are a mentor together with a mentor colleague, and the role includes having a good insight into the student's entire study situation and contacting guardians as needed.

We are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating with colleagues to focus on students' learning and social development. In addition to actively contributing to the development of the subjects and the school, we see that you place great importance on close collaboration with student health, school management, and other staff. For this role, personal competencies are highly valued, and we would like you to enjoy a fast-paced environment, be solution-focused, and relationship-building in your working style.

Formal qualifications
- Teaching qualification in the subjects French, Spanish, and/or German, preferably in combination with another subject
- B driver's license
- Digital identification with Bank ID

Employment
Permanent employment at 100% with a start date of 2026-08-11 or by agreement. The employment may start with a probationary period. The position is currently located at Kristineberg School within the Primary School Operations of the Culture and Education Administration. The immediate supervisor is the principal at Kristineberg School.

The position is filled subject to the necessary decisions being made.
