Make a difference. Every day.
The habilitation service aims to make life more possible for individuals with permanent disabilities and their relatives. The disability may be due to mobility impairment, intellectual disability, and/or autism. The habilitation reception unit 1 is divided into two teams; one team focused on children and one team focused on youth. This position is primarily aimed at the youth team. The children and youth teams work in interdisciplinary teams consisting of medical, psychosocial, and educational expertise. Together with children, parents, and networks, we create the child's planning, and based on this, we provide interventions for the child and family.
Our workplace values participation for children and their families! We are driven and have a high ambition to continue developing our working methods, processes, and employees. We have a salutogenic approach, which means that everything we do should be meaningful, comprehensible, and manageable. This perspective shines through in all aspects of our operations, not just in our interactions with patients but in every part of the organization.
We are a knowledge organization that provides tools to develop strengths and remove barriers while promoting communication. We create conditions for dialogue from the child's perspective. It is important to us that you share Region Skåne's values.
