Vittra Örebro is looking for a textile craft teacher for grades 6-9

About the assignment

Vittra Örebro has been a newly started school for grades 6-9 since August 2022. The school operates at Karlsgatan 30, centrally located in Örebro. For the school year 2026-27, we are looking for a qualified textile craft teacher for grades 6-9, at 40-60%.

We are looking for a qualified and authorized teacher in crafts for grades 6-9 who, together with future colleagues and new students, wants to help create a positive school culture at Vittra Örebro.

You need to be a confident and clear leader with a focus on students' goal fulfillment. We see that you are a teacher who builds your teaching on close pedagogical relationships with the students and that you are passionate about meeting students in their individual development based on their experiences, prior knowledge, needs, and abilities. The position includes being a class teacher.

The position as a craft teacher is at 45%, starting in August 2025. The position can be combined with another subject. We apply a 6-month probationary period. Individual salary setting, collective agreements are available.
