About the job as a tactical buyer:

In the role of tactical buyer at SAAB in Linköping, you will work within the UWS area and ensure a well-functioning order flow. You will manage order management in the business system and actively work with delivery monitoring to ensure that materials and components reach the business on time. The position involves close collaboration with internal functions and a varied workday where you can use your purchasing skills to create structure and security in the supply chain.

Common tasks include:

• Working with order management in the business system.
• Conducting and following up on delivery monitoring.
• Ensuring that deliveries occur as planned and managing deviations.
• Collaborating with internal teams and suppliers as needed.

The candidate we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in purchasing and who thrives in a role where you take responsibility for order flows and deliveries. You are structured, solution-oriented, and confident in working independently. To succeed in this role, we see that you have a good understanding of purchasing processes and previous experience from similar tasks.
