About the position

As a Purchaser, you will play a central role in ensuring access to the right materials, products, and services at the right time and at the right cost. Your work will be varied and require both analytical skills and strong interpersonal relationships. The job may involve everything from operational purchasing work to strategic responsibility and sourcing.

Main responsibilities

• Procure materials in the right time, right quantity, and right quality
• Manage purchase orders and invoices
• Drive and lead supplier meetings
• Follow up on delivery performance and flow
• Optimize material availability according to business needs

About you

We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and problem-solving, and who thrives in a role where you get to be the spider in the web. The role requires you to be able to work independently and with high accuracy, but also to quickly reprioritize and work more intensively at a fast pace when required.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Purchasing, Economics, Logistics, or another relevant field
• Several years of previous experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of SAP and Office 365
• Very good proficiency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
