About the role

As a Junior Marketing Coordinator at Epishine, you will have a varied and practical role where creativity meets structure. You will work broadly with marketing and communication – from events and graphic production to content and branding, and you will help ensure that Epishine's visual identity is consistently and professionally visible across all channels.

Examples of tasks:

  • Planning and execution of fairs and events, including booth concepts, materials, and communication

  • Graphic production in Adobe (e.g., content for social media, web, presentations, and print)

  • Coordination of external photo and film suppliers

  • Production of organic content for web and social media

  • Management of profile materials and support in branding and profile issues

  • Photography, filming, and basic editing as needed

  • Ongoing internal communication and contact with partners and suppliers

  • The work involves close collaboration with other parts of the organization

You will work from our premises in Linköping, where we have offices, production, and laboratories. You will work closely with our Marketing Manager Lisa and our Global Marketing Director Florent, who you will report to.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are at the beginning of your marketing career and want to work in an operational and coordinating role. To be considered for the position, we are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in event and fair work

  • Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

  • Has good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Can work fluently with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

  • Has experience working with web, social media, and content production

  • It is also an advantage if you have experience with Adobe Premiere

Other information about the position

  • Employment type: Fixed-term employment (temporary for parental leave)

  • Extent: Full-time

  • Duration: Approximately 10 months (with a 6-month probationary period)

  • Location: Linköping

  • Start date: By agreement, no later than mid-April
