Agent in BookBeat's Support Team
If you are motivated by providing excellent service, have previous experience in customer service, and speak and write fluently in Finnish and Swedish, there is now an opportunity for you to take on the role of an agent in BookBeat's support team. This is a perfect part-time job for you as a student since you can work from home with a flexible schedule. We welcome your application!
ABOUT THE POSITION
Currently, BookBeat's support team consists of a mix of German, Swedish, Polish, Danish, Norwegian, and Finnish-speaking support agents who work together to provide the best possible service to audiobook platform users. The need is long-term, and shifts are primarily scheduled during weekdays but weekends/public holidays may also be relevant. The role is flexible as you can work from anywhere and is not tied to an office. You are expected to work at least 15-20 hours per week.
As customer support, you will primarily respond to questions from Finnish customers in BookBeat's web-based support system. This may include questions about how the service works, technical issues, account settings, sales inquiries, etc. To assist you, you have ready-made email templates for the most common questions that you can use in your responses to customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
Respond to incoming inquiries regarding content, account settings, and sales from the company's customers via email.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Is a student at a post-secondary level and has at least one and a half years left of your studies
- Has previous experience in customer service and administrative work
- Has the ability to work at least 15-20 hours per week
- Has very good knowledge of Swedish and Finnish, both spoken and written
It is also strongly meritorious
- Has knowledge of Polish, German, Norwegian, and/or Danish
As a person, you are interested in literature and skilled at expressing yourself in writing. You are curious about how things work and have a good sense of customer service and customer interaction. Since the work is independent, it also requires that you have good problem-solving skills, are communicative, and dare to take your own initiatives.
