About the Position

As an Import Freight Forwarder, you will be responsible for specific import flows, customs handling, and transport issues. You will be the spider in the web between suppliers, freight agents, the Customs Authority, and internal departments such as project management, purchasing, and internal logistics. The role includes advanced transport solutions, including special transports, in an operation that covers over 70 countries.

Your Responsibilities

• Transport procurement and booking
• Supplier contacts and delivery monitoring
• Issuing customs declarations for imports
• Verification and coding of freight and forwarding invoices
• Handling transport claims
• Development and digitalization of transport and customs processes

About You

• Have a university degree in logistics or equivalent experience in import/export and customs handling. Experience with international transport agreements is a plus
• Communicate fluently in English
• Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience with SAP is a plus
• Be solution-oriented, flexible, and structured even under pressure
• Be clear in communication, a team player, and have a genuine interest in sustainability in transport
• Understand the importance of customer relationships and balance cost awareness with high service quality
