We are looking for a dedicated, flexible, and competent nursing assistant for our ward 21, part of Aleris Orthopedics Nacka, located at Nacka Hospital.

About us

We are a dynamic and professional unit specializing in elective one-day care for hip, knee, back, and gynecological surgeries. Our goal is to provide our patients with the best possible care in a safe and supportive environment. The majority of our patients are self-sufficient, and part of the nursing assistant's duties involves verbal guidance in care work.

The role

The responsibilities for this role include:

- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

- Guiding patients in their care after surgery.

- Performing health and medical tasks such as wound care, removing IVs, and bladder scanning.

- Preparing patient areas after discharge.

- Documenting in Take Care.

- Providing relevant information to patients to create security before discharge.

About you

You must be able to present proof of a protected professional title.

Experience in orthopedics and postoperative care is a merit.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, flexible, and has good collaboration skills.

Employment conditions

Employment type: Temporary position for 6 months, possibly longer.

Scope: Part-time 80%

Start date: By agreement

Salary: Individual salary setting
