About the job as Deputy Pharmacy Manager at Hjärtat Mariatorget

As a Deputy Pharmacy Manager, you will work as a pharmacist at the pharmacy, helping our prescription customers receive the best possible service.

In addition, as a deputy manager, you will help lead the pharmacy to achieve our set goals and maintain a well-managed and popular pharmacy for both customers and employees. This involves everything from planning daily operations to larger projects and changes we are working on.

If you have considered working as a pharmacy manager but want the chance to develop at your own pace, this could be a unique opportunity for you. Or if you have worked as a manager but found it very stressful, this could be a way to continue working with management issues but under calmer and more flexible conditions.

You will receive an additional fee on top of your base salary.

We also handle a large number of e-commerce customers, completing orders that are sent from Södertälje in the south to Uppsala in the north.

There is a great deal of flexibility regarding working hours; we can create a schedule that suits your life situation!

We are open 08-22 every day of the year.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist and recognize yourself in the description:

• You show interest and engagement in meeting customers and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the region/ all of Apotek Hjärtat
• You take responsibility for managing the demands placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed
• You contribute with a positive attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday life
