Job Description

The work is primarily conducted over the phone and in writing via email. The position is daytime-based.

Responsibilities

As an order administrator, your tasks will include:

  • Order management
  • Ensuring collaboration between customer service and sales regarding the administration of customer orders
  • Invoice management
  • Transport management
  • Contact with internal and external warehouses
  • Contact with colleagues in various functions across Europe and worldwide
  • Handling certain customer samples and administering around this

Qualifications

  • Experience working as an Order Administrator / Customer Service Administrator or equivalent
  • Administrative experience is a requirement
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with the Office suite
  • Experience in sales is an advantage
  • Experience with the business system Navision is an advantage
