We are now looking for a customer service representative for Ragn-Sells! Do you want to be part of a company that focuses on recycling and the environment? Do you have previous experience in customer service and are a quick learner? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

Ragn-Sells is one of Sweden's leading companies in recycling and the environment, now seeking a new customer service representative for their team in Malmö.

In this role, you will handle a wide range of customers, both private individuals and businesses, and respond to various inquiries. Your tasks will include:

• Answering questions about invoices, products, services, and prices
• Receiving and registering orders
• Providing quotes and pricing for simpler inquiries
• Receiving and handling complaints
• If necessary, forwarding questions, orders, or complaints to the appropriate department
• Upselling to customers

The position means you will be employed by StudentConsulting but work as a consultant for Ragn-Sells. The assignment is a temporary position lasting until January 2027, with great chances for extension. The workplace is located at Ragn-Sells office in Malmö.

We would like you to have:

• Previous experience working in customer service, administration, or other service-oriented roles. It is highly meritorious if you have worked in a similar industry before.
• Good IT skills and proficiency in MS Office. Other system experience is a plus.
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of English
