Traveling Sales Representative Beauty – pace and sales in-store

Pace. Service. Sales.

Southern Sweden (Skåne, Blekinge, Småland)

This is an operational sales role with a high pace and a clear business focus.

The role suits you who want to be out and about, close to customers and business, and who want to see results in everyday life. You build relationships on-site and drive sales where it actually happens – in-store and in meetings with people.

The Beauty Category – the business you work with

You work in the beauty category, a strong and growing segment within the grocery retail sector. Demand is increasing and competition is evident, creating great opportunities for the right products and the right execution in-store.

Our brands are attractive to consumers and profitable for stores, with good margins and high turnover potential. This gives you a clear business case in the dialogue with stores and retailers.

Your focus is to:

  • Increase space and visibility in-store
  • Ensure strong exposure and good execution
  • Drive new customer acquisition and establish new customer relationships in grocery retail
  • Build a long-term profitable business for stores and retailers

About the role

As a traveling sales representative, you have an active and mobile everyday life. You are out with customers most of the time, driving business in-store and following up via phone and email between visits.

You work independently but are also part of a business-driven team with a clear focus on results and execution.

A typical day may involve:

  • 3–6 customer and store visits
  • Clear responsibility for visibility, sales, and closures
  • Planning, execution, and follow-up of the business in your district

Expectations in the role

You are expected to drive sales with a clear business focus – develop existing customers, win new customers, and build sustainable and profitable sales over time.

You will be based in the Southern Sweden region, preferably in Skåne.
