SyncUp is now seeking, on behalf of a client, a business-driven project salesperson for an established contracting company in the window industry with operations throughout Sweden. The role entails a clear business responsibility for the market in Skåne and is aimed at those who want to combine sales, contracting, and long-term business in a role with great freedom.

This is a consulting assignment through your own company, where the compensation is commission-based and directly linked to your performance. For the right person, there are excellent opportunities for high compensation.

About the role

As a project salesperson, you are responsible for driving and developing business within window contracting in Skåne. You work with project-based sales where the deals are often long-term and require structure, trust, and perseverance.

You drive the business from the first contact to closure and handover to the project and production organization. In your work, you closely collaborate with the company's internal functions within calculations, bids, technology, and project management.

The role is independent, business-oriented, and requires a clear personal drive.

Responsibilities

In the role, you will work with:

Driving sales and business development within window contracting in the Skåne region

Creating and developing relationships with BRF boards, property managers, property owners, and public clients

Identifying, qualifying, and driving projects from early dialogue to business

Working with quotes and bidding work, including procurements according to LOU

Ensuring a structured handover to the project and production organization after the business is completed

Who we are looking for

We are primarily looking for someone with experience in window contracting and who is accustomed to business-driven roles towards professional clients.

We are also open to candidates with a background in facade or roofing contracting, especially considering the company's future expansion of its offerings.

We would like you to:

Have experience in project-based sales or business-oriented contracting roles

Be comfortable in dialogue with boards, property managers, and public clients

Have a good understanding of contracting logic and longer decision-making processes

Be self-driven, structured, and business-minded in your work approach

For the role, it is also required that you:

Master Swedish in both spoken and written form

Have a B driver's license, as the job involves customer visits in the region
