Today, SP Chark is run by the third and fourth generations of the Pettersson family, and the heart of the business is our charcuterie in Billeberga. Now, we at Today Consulting AB are looking for a field salesperson for SP Chark who will carry on the traditions and who thrives with a large degree of personal responsibility, driving and developing business and relationships with existing and new customers.

About the position: The role of field salesperson means being our ambassador and driving sales by actively visiting our stores in the district to optimize our stores' profitability and strengthen our market position. The position also involves responsibility for developing cooperation with new stores in our region.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to represent us at various corporate networks, participate in events and marketing activities in the region to nurture and develop our brand.

The role also expects you to drive strategic sales work, which includes tasks such as analyzing sales data, developing campaigns, and evaluating the results of completed campaigns, assessing customer segments, developing existing sales routines, and working on issues related to budget, pricing strategy, etc.

The role does not have personnel responsibility but entails a great deal of personal responsibility and requires a very high degree of independence, as well as a preference for developing and driving sales both strategically and operationally.

Location: The position is based at our facility in Billeberga outside Landskrona, but a large part of your working hours will be spent in the field meeting our customers.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in proactive sales and negotiation within the grocery/FMCG or related industry.

• Has several years of experience in driving strategic sales work, preferably in roles such as Sales Manager, Key Account Manager that require significant personal responsibility.

• Enjoys being the face of the company and wants to represent us at various corporate networks, events, and trade fairs.

• Is results-oriented, courageous, solution-oriented, and self-driven.

• Has an established network with stores in our district Skåne.

• Enjoys creating long and strong customer relationships.

• Is familiar with working in various business systems and sales support systems.

• Understands the importance of nurturing, developing, and representing a strong brand with local roots.

  We prefer that the candidate has a post-secondary education in sales and marketing or another comparable education.

Employment: Fixed salary according to agreement, with the possibility of a company car. Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.
