Team Leader for Resource Team

StoppCenter is a unit that works against violence in close relationships where we have gathered authority and interventions within the same unit. The goal of our operations is to support all parties in a family where violence occurs. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a team leader with us, you work together with employees by supporting, motivating, and guiding them in their work, both individually and in groups. We value the team and see that you as a leader work for a good collaborative climate and a positive culture in the workplace.

You distribute and prioritize assignments and have continuous case reviews with each employee. We continuously see that the unit develops and improves, and your role will be to ensure that the development work is driven forward and towards the unit's goals. Furthermore, you have overall responsibility for ensuring that employees maintain a high quality in their documentation.

You work closely with the unit manager and team leader colleague. You are part of the unit's management team where we lead the operations together. We support each other and help each other in the common mission of the unit and in leading the unit's employees. You collaborate and cooperate with many other authorities, other units, and other team leaders within the administration.

QUALIFICATIONS

For the position, you need to have a degree in social work or another equivalent behavioral science higher education. You also need to have a valid driver's license (B). It is an advantage if you have experience in conversation therapy, preferably in the area of violence in close relationships. Experience working with violence in close relationships and in leadership roles, such as group leader or team leader, is also advantageous.

Your personal qualities are important to us. We are looking for someone who has a professional and secure approach and who can remain calm even when the pace is high. You enjoy structuring and planning your work, but at the same time, you are flexible and like to find new solutions when circumstances change. You are a person who contributes to good collaboration and who finds it easy to create and maintain relationships. In your working style, you are unpretentious and helpful.

OTHER

The Social Administration is responsible for creating social security for children, youth, and adults. The goal is to work towards achieving social sustainability. Within the Social Administration, qualified and well-developed social work is carried out. The administration's work includes both authority exercises and treatment and supportive interventions for children, youth, adults, and families.
