JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the Economic Assistance unit, we work with investigating, assessing, and deciding on economic assistance. Our goal is to support people towards self-sufficiency, and our shared value is that every individual has inherent resources and the ability to take responsibility for themselves.

In your work, you will collaborate closely with other actors regarding individuals and families facing unemployment, homelessness, and dependency issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained social worker or has another equivalent behavioral science degree. We prefer that you have previous experience working with people in vulnerable situations and social investigation work. To succeed in your role, we see that you have good collaboration skills, are flexible, and have the ability to prioritize. A good view of humanity, empathy, commitment, and a genuine interest in social issues and societal changes are values that permeate our operations. Experience in social work and knowledge of addiction, dependency, and mental health issues are advantageous. Knowledge of other languages is a plus. The team within economic assistance is characterized by great commitment and competence, which means that even recent graduates may be considered for the position.

A valid driver's license (B) is required. Interviews will be conducted continuously during the application period.
