The Division of Social Care is a joint organization for all social services in Nyköping Municipality. The goal is an efficient, well-functioning, and secure organization where everyone's participation contributes to efficiency and quality.

We are now looking for hourly and summer substitutes for all parts of our HVB operations within the Adult and Dependency area. HVB Nygården targets adult men and women with harmful use and dependency issues and consists of a treatment facility with about 20 places, which, together with the Open Care treatment team, constitutes round-the-clock care at home, as well as an acute and investigation facility that is an important part of the outreach and motivational work in dependency care and a first step for those who want to make a change. HVB Hemgårdsvillan, which has 10 places, is aimed at adult men and women with comorbidity in the form of harmful use/dependency and mental health issues. Within the framework of the HVB operations, there are also discharge and training apartments.

We are looking for both those who want to work as hourly substitutes as needed during the day/evening and awake night over time, as well as those specifically interested in working during the summer period.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your job responsibilities include conducting supportive and motivational conversations to guide individuals in both practical and social contexts and to support the individual in participating in their overall treatment plan and achieving their goals. You will work together with other staff to create a structure and an environment that is conducive to those placed there. You will document in implementation plans and reports to the caseworker, make weekly plans, and participate in discharge planning. You will collaborate in a team with other individuals around the person to ensure good quality and a positive approach.

Documentation takes place in the operational system Journal Digital.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has completed or is training to become, for example, a treatment or social pedagogue, or has other education in the social field, alternatively has other education and experience that the employer considers equivalent and suitable for the assignment. You should preferably have knowledge of and experience in meeting people with dependency diseases and/or mental health issues and have insight into the professional attitude required to create a favorable environment for the residents' recovery. You are attentive, a quick learner, enjoy collaborating with others, and are respectful and helpful towards your colleagues. You should be confident in yourself and have a well-thought-out idea of why you want to help others.

You need to have a driver's license.
