About the Job

I am a 29-year-old man in need of a new assistant for my team. I have Joubert syndrome, which means I need help with everything in my daily life. I live in the countryside just outside Vingåker, so having a driver's license would be beneficial.

You who are applying for the job need to be a stress-resistant person who is calm and can handle various situations well. You always put the individual and the task first. You should have a pedagogical and motivating approach and the ability to create good relationships. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required as documentation is a mandatory part of the job.

You will help with everything in daily life and be there to facilitate and assist. You will learn routines during training and then be able to work independently.

• Must be okay with working alone
