We are looking for active assistants for a young boy with autism who also has many epileptic seizures per day. He is looking for active assistants because he loves being outdoors and cycling or walking. The client does not communicate verbally but understands when spoken to clearly. Therefore, it is important that you speak clear Swedish.

For most of the working hours, two assistants work together. The working hours are primarily scheduled for days and evenings, but the goal is to also include nights in the future. The employment rate is 50-80%.

The client lives outside Katrineholm, so you need to have a driver's license and a car to get to work. Bus schedules do not work. There is a cat in the home, so you must not be allergic.

We are looking for someone who

• has a driver's license and a car
• is calm and secure, does not get stressed
• has good physical condition
• speaks clear Swedish

Experience with low-arousal approaches and different types of epilepsy is an advantage.
