We are now looking for a technical manager who combines technical expertise with business acumen, drive, and entrepreneurship.

You will work in a smaller team and be prepared to frequently move between properties in Halmstad and the Öresund region.

About the role

As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for cost-effective and qualitative technical management in our properties in Halmstad and the Öresund region. You will actively work to identify and implement measures related to sustainability and energy efficiency to improve the properties' performance and long-term value. In close collaboration with the Business Responsible Manager, you will work to enhance the existing portfolio and ensure tenant satisfaction.

Furthermore, you will be based in Malmö, Helsingborg, or Halmstad and report to the Technical and Sustainability Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• Property management: Act as the client and contact person for external property management and lead procurement and renegotiation of contracts.
• Maintenance planning: Prepare documentation for planned maintenance and ensure the implementation of maintenance measures.
• Tenant adaptations and projects: Estimate project costs and lead design, procurement, and implementation of simpler tenant adaptations and smaller projects.
• Energy efficiency: Monitor the properties' energy usage and propose and implement energy efficiency measures.
• Regulatory requirements: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations, as well as establish and update monitoring plans for regulatory inspections.
• Budget work: Assist in budget work and ensure that costs are delivered in line with the budget.

Qualifications:

• Relevant education
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in technical management
• Experience managing commercial properties is an advantage. A valid driver's license (B) is required.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Good knowledge of the Office suite
