As an IFS technician, you will become a central part of a family-oriented and collaborative team where well-being and knowledge sharing are in focus. As an IFS technician, you will be responsible for managing and developing the ERP system IFS. The role is varied and includes several areas of responsibility, including being a bridge between IT and management, working to optimize and maintain the IFS system to support the business processes, training 1st line support in handling IFS-related issues, and ensuring that users have the correct licenses and permissions. You have great freedom to control the scope of proactive improvements in systems and processes.

We would like you to

• Have experience working with ERP systems - IFS
• Have experience working as 1st line support
• Be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

To thrive in the role of a consultant with us, we believe you have good analytical skills, take initiative, and are persistent when it comes to troubleshooting and problem-solving. We also believe that you have good collaboration skills and enjoy working both individually and in groups, as you may work in various contexts as a consultant.
