As an IT Support Consultant at Experis, you will enter an environment where development is in focus, and you will have the opportunity to help and solve your colleagues' technical challenges. In your daily work, you will dive deep and administer in various IT landscapes where you will solve problems related to user permissions, operating systems, information security, and networks. Whether cases come in via phone, chat, or email, your help will be crucial in alleviating others' technical headaches! To effectively solve challenges, you will work both independently and closely with your colleagues, which not only expands your network but also provides the opportunity to acquire new knowledge. You will face varied tasks that ensure no day is like the other.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A higher education in IT and at least 2 years of experience in IT support
• Knowledge of ticketing systems
• Knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, and information security
• Skills in Microsoft Office or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Do you lack higher education? Longer relevant work experience in IT support can compensate for this.
