As an Onsite Support Technician, you will work with support and installation of computers, printers, and mobile devices on-site at our customers in Gothenburg. You will also deliver and install computers and provide technical support on-site. We are looking for someone who enjoys providing user support and is motivated to help others solve technical problems efficiently and professionally.

We believe you have at least 2-3 years of experience in second-line support and have worked with Microsoft SCCM and Windows operating systems. You should also have a B driver's license and be able to communicate well, both verbally and in writing. It is a plus if you have experience working in larger organizations and have knowledge of ServiceNow or Mac OS.

• Has experience in second-line support.
• Has practical experience with Microsoft SCCM and Windows operating systems.
• Is a skilled problem solver with a good ability to provide user support.
• Enjoys customer contact and has good communication skills.
• Has a B driver's license and can travel between customer sites in the Gothenburg area.
