In the role of Onsite Technician, you will act as onsite support for one of our customers in Gothenburg. As an Onsite Technician, you will have the opportunity to handle many different types of cases within hardware and software. Some examples of tasks include installation and configuration of computers and phones, managing conference systems, administering in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, handling access cards, and dealing with network-related issues. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customer receives the service and IT support they can expect in their work, which means that other tasks may arise over time and escalations may occur. An IT problem should never hinder the customer's work.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has the ability to make complex IT simple and who enjoys maintaining valuable customer relationships. To succeed with us, we believe that you have a background from a previous onsite service or consulting assignment with a customer. You also have a basic understanding of infrastructure and applications, but you are also driven to develop and build on your knowledge and keep yourself updated on new technologies. You are a person with a natural problem-solving ability and love to solve technical problems for customers and contribute to improvements. You are involved and engaged in your work and with your colleagues. You thrive in close collaboration with customers and are driven to create a strong delivery for the customer together with your team.

We would like you to have good experience in:

• Customer service
• Client troubleshooting
• Microsoft 365, Office/Exchange
• Configuration of computers and phones, both PC and MAC.
• PXE/Intune/Jamf
• Windows Server / Active Directory
• Conference equipment

Preferred but not required:

• Some network knowledge
• Crestron XIO
• Ubuntu Linux
• Access card administration
• SIM card administration

Location: Iver has 25 locations in the Nordics. This role is based in Gothenburg, and you will work onsite with one of our customers.
