We are looking for a Service Desk Technician to our Customer Service Center (CSC) who wants to be part of Iver to contribute to better IT solutions that make a difference for our customers! As a Service Desk Technician, you will be an important part of the service we deliver to our customers and become part of our IT Customer Support Center (CSC). We are responsible for ensuring that our customers receive all the IT support they can expect to need in their work. As a Service Desk Technician, you are our customers' first contact, and support is provided via phone and our ticket portal. Troubleshooting and ongoing support work are natural parts of your daily routine. Therefore, you need to enjoy working technically while having a lot of customer contact. In this role, you will work with everything related to infrastructure and operations, and at Iver, you will have the opportunity to develop broadly within IT. We do not see it as a hindrance that you are early in your IT career; at Iver, you will have the opportunity to develop and further your education in various technical areas and competencies. You will work together with a wonderful team with a high ceiling and fantastic collaboration. Three days as a Service Desk Technician might look like this: Finally Monday! A new work week begins, and the first thing you do is pour a cup of coffee, log into the systems, and check with your colleagues how the weekend was. You start your work week by going through tickets and helping your customers with the support they need. You plan for the week's tasks and customer meetings. Troubleshooting and ongoing support work are natural parts of your daily routine.

Is it Wednesday already? In the morning, you have a meeting with your team colleagues where you have a forum and discussions. In the afternoon, you sit in a meeting to discuss the onboarding of a new customer and how best to approach this to ensure high quality and a satisfied customer.

Happy Friday! - The week goes by way too fast. This particular morning is filled with troubleshooting an incident in a customer's environment. A small team quickly forms to work efficiently to find a solution to the problem affecting the customer. No problem is too difficult, and you are excited to find a solution, which you do just before lunch! In the afternoon, you support your colleagues with more complex issues and coach younger employees in their daily work. What do we offer you?Iver - We empower our Nordic society. We are looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Windows Server/Client
  • AD and GPO
  • Office 365 and Exchange
  • Application Operations
  • Network Technology
  • IT Security

Work experience or education in the field is highly meritorious. As a person, you are flexible, resilient under stress, and feel comfortable in your contact with other people. Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility are other desirable qualities required for the job. Location: The position is based at our office in Gothenburg.
