Dunfins Care and Nursing Home is looking for someone who wants a varied role where you can educate colleagues, drive projects, and contribute to increased quality in care work. Dunfins is located at Selma Lagerlöfs Square and is designed by interior architects, with the interior inspired by Nils Holgersson's wonderful journey by Selma Lagerlöf. We offer our residents a more independent everyday life with technical and digital solutions. Here you can enjoy the greenery in the sunny courtyard and participate in fun activities. Dunfins Care and Nursing Home has 56 apartments with a somatic focus.

You work according to the national value framework and from a salutogenic approach. In your role, you plan your day based on the needs of the operation. The focus is on providing support and guidance to employees at the care and nursing home. This may involve guiding complex cases involving residents, relatives, and contact staff. It may also involve raising competence in working with implementation plans or social documentation. Through your network and conversations with various professionals, you have the opportunity to identify and propose training initiatives.

Your working hours are weekdays during the day, but evenings and weekends may also occur. The workweeks are 40 hours, and you have the right to flexible hours.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• are a trained nursing assistant, can show the National Board of Health and Welfare's certificate of protected professional title, or can show that you were employed as a nursing assistant at the introduction of the new regulations.
• have vocational training of at least 200 YH in health and social care, or higher education that the employer assesses as relevant for the position.
• have experience working in health and social care and experience in supervising groups and individuals.
• are well grounded in the salutogenic approach and the national value framework.
• have good computer skills for documentation and incident management in various IT systems, as well as good Swedish language skills both spoken and written.

• You show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role.
• You have the ability to share information and ideas, both verbally and in writing, and express the core of an argument clearly and effectively.
• You have the ability to explain problems and information to different recipients and from different perspectives.
