About Us

Medical Vårdcentral and BVC Bohus is a small growing health center in Bohus that operates primary care in private management under Västra Götaland.

The health center has about 1,900 listed patients. At the health center, a complete primary care is provided with specialist clinics in diabetes, asthma/COPD, hypertension, and elderly care. The health center has 9 employees and is well-equipped with district doctors, junior doctors, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, psychologists, foot care therapists, rehabilitation coordinators, care coordinators, and medical administrators.

Job Description

The district nurse's work covers a broad field, such as the general medical area where you meet patients of all ages, health-promoting, advisory, and treatment.

As a district nurse, you will work largely independently, primarily within elderly care but also in telephone counseling and outpatient work, both acute and planned visits.

Education and Experience

You are a district nurse with expertise in elderly care. You have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

Personal Qualities

You have good collaboration skills, good prioritization abilities, and enjoy patient contact. You work independently, flexibly, and have the ability to structure your work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
