As a Data Scientist at Agio, you help our clients take the next step in their digital journey.

You will work with:

• Advanced data analysis and AI/ML models
• Predictive models and statistical analyses
• Automation, smart data flows, and decision support
• Identifying new insights that create direct business value
   

You will play a crucial role in helping organizations leverage the opportunities of digitalization, from efficiency improvements to entirely new ways of working.

• At least 4 years of work as a Data Scientist, data analyst, or in AI/ML roles
• AI/ML models such as prediction, classification, and clustering
• Python or R (preferably with libraries like scikit-learn, pandas/polars, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost)
• Data visualization with Matplotlib, Seaborn, or BI tools like Power BI
• Version control (Git) and container technology (Docker)
• API integrations and working with data from various sources
• Swedish spoken and written
   

It is a plus if you also have:

• Knowledge of information security, GDPR, and ethical AI
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud services
• Familiarity with RAG solutions, agents, and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex

You will join our business area Data Analysis and BI – a team of BI and AI specialists who share a passion for creating value with data.
