ABOUT THE ROLE We are now looking for a reliable and experienced payroll administrator for a consulting assignment throughout 2026. You will work in a Shared Service Center focusing on case management, phone support, and administration in the HRM Software payroll system as well as the ServiceNow case management system.

The role means that you are an important contact person for the organization and handle inquiries from both collective agreement employees and officials, with several different collective agreements. You will work closely with a team of 14 payroll specialists and contribute to a positive and stable work environment.

We are looking for someone with at least three years of experience in payroll administration, who is self-driven, service-oriented, and enjoys working both in the office and from home in a hybrid setup. Start as soon as possible, with the opportunity for handover from the current employee.

YOUR PROFILE You are a confident, positive, and broad payroll administrator with several years of experience, preferably three years or more, and can quickly adapt to the working methods.

The role involves a lot of contact with the organization via the ServiceNow case management system and phone, as well as collaboration with a larger team in the office.

It is important that you contribute to stability and positivity in the group, are self-driven, and can handle the breadth of tasks, including government contacts and controls before payroll runs.

The work is hybrid with three days in the office and two days at home.
