Welcome to Närhälsan Billingen health center!

With us, you will be one of 50 dedicated and knowledgeable employees working for good teamwork and service for our patients.

We have a very good cohesion and take joint responsibility for our work environment. We place great importance on everyone feeling comfortable and prioritize collegial exchange, regularly allocating time for internal training. The health center has a stable and experienced staff across all professional groups with satisfied patients. We currently have about 12,900 registered patients and continue to grow, which is why we need more staff and are looking for you to work as a medical secretary with us.

About the job

Your tasks at the health center are varied, with the meeting with the patient being the focus. As a medical secretary, you are an important team member at the health center. Your main tasks include writing medical records in Asynja Visph, handling incoming referral responses, and providing local IT support. Reception work is also included, where you are the first person patients meet.

About you

You are a trained medical secretary with experience working as LITA and are accustomed to working with digital support systems. It is an advantage if you have previous experience in primary care. You also have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

As a person, you are service-oriented and proactive; you enjoy working independently but also have good collaboration skills. You appreciate variety in your work and can easily switch between different tasks. Since the workload is variable, it is important that you can prioritize among tasks. We also see that you, together with us, have a strong interest in business development.
