About the Company

Waxö Omsorg is a small care company that offers support, service, and care to adults with cognitive and neuropsychiatric disabilities and individuals with acquired brain injuries.

The individual needs, wishes, and integrity of each person guide all activities within Waxö Omsorg.

An important principle is that the care recipient should be offered the support they need to live as independently and fulfilling a life as possible.

We strive for the care recipients we are responsible for to achieve a high degree of independence and feel valued, participating in society just like other residents of the municipality.

Waxö Omsorg has a collective agreement with parties according to the Care and Support Agreement, Swedish Municipal Workers' Union Kommunal.

Waxö Omsorg is a member of the Association of Municipal Enterprises (KFS).

About the Workplace

Here, 6 care recipients live who have been granted assistance according to LSS 9 § 9 and receive support in their daily lives at home and during leisure time. How the support is provided is described in each care recipient's implementation plan and is based on their wishes and needs.
