We are looking for an assistant for a longer temporary position with our client in Vällingby. He has no speech and needs your help as an assistant in his communication, as well as during transfers. Our client has a significant need for assistance, so we are looking for someone with experience in epilepsy and various assistive devices.

About the position

Our client is a young man nearing 27 with epilepsy and cerebral palsy. He lives at home with his family but in his own apartment on the ground floor. He enjoys being outdoors and likes to exercise several times a day. During the day, our client is at his daily activity center. There are many assistive devices and medical interventions surrounding our client.

The role of the assistant and experience

We are primarily looking for a woman for the position as our client feels most comfortable. The position may suit you if you live nearby, such as in Kista, Tensta, Spånga, Brommaplan, or Vällingby. It is advantageous if you have worked in personal assistance, and it is a significant benefit if you are comfortable handling medical assistive devices and have experience with epilepsy. You will receive good training and introduction on-site so that you feel secure in your duties.

Preferred experiences

· Epilepsy.

· Personal assistant.

· Basic medical experience.

Working hours/employment rate

· Temporary position 75 - 80%

· As soon as possible until May 2027, may be extended

· Work shifts are at all times of the day.

About salary

· We apply salary according to Fremia, collective agreement.

· We offer wellness and training.
