As a nursing assistant in the evenings and nights, you will work flexibly across our different departments. You will plan your workday based on the residents' wishes and needs for assistance and support with personal care, meals, and activities. Your role includes performing delegated tasks, designing implementation plans, documenting in Lifecare, evaluating, and contributing to maintaining good quality in the operation. We follow up on quality in national registers such as the BPSD register, SweDem, and Senior Alert.

You will collaborate in a team with other professionals with the resident at the center. We work based on the national value base within elderly care, where the key words are self-determination, participation, and individual adaptation. You focus on the residents' wishes and needs and strive to make everyday life meaningful for them.

The working hours involve evenings and nights as well as every other weekend. The full-time measure is 34 hours and 20 minutes per week.

We are looking for you

who has a degree as a nursing assistant and wants to work both evenings and nights as well as every other weekend. We prefer that you have experience of evening and night work within care and support and the possibility to be fully delegated in Lund municipality. We want you to be confident in your role as a nursing assistant and have a positive attitude towards development and change.

We want you to have good experience working with people with cognitive impairment/dementia.

About us

Brunnsgatan 11 is located in Mårtenslundsparken in central Lund. The accommodation has been newly renovated since autumn 2021 and has 40 apartments, divided into four units. We have two somatic departments, one dementia department, and one respite care department.
