JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a licensed physiotherapist, you will help create important conditions for patients to live as independently, actively, and meaningfully as possible. The work includes functional assessments of activity ability and support needs to plan implementation, follow-up of interventions, treatments, and individual training based on the patient's needs, as well as prescribing assistive devices.

The work is conducted in teams with the patient's needs at the center. Since our current physiotherapist will be partially on parental leave, you will together be responsible for the current area. The work is carried out in special housing, housing according to LSS, ordinary housing, or short-term housing together with occupational therapists, nurses, care staff, LSS and rehabilitation assistants. The work includes delegation and supervision of care staff, informing care recipients and relatives, and being a support in the rehabilitative approach within the organization.

This is a varied job where you meet people with different health conditions, functional variations, and life situations.

Documentation is done in the Lifecare journal system. We are part of Medelpunkten and order our assistive devices via WebSesam.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist. You should be unpretentious, meticulous, and have a good demeanor. You are confident in your professional role as a physiotherapist and can prioritize and organize your workday both independently and together with your colleagues based on the cases you are responsible for. You enjoy collaborating with others, are flexible, and solution-focused with the care recipient's needs at the center.

You enjoy working with people and put the individual in focus. You thrive in teamwork and contribute to good collaboration with colleagues and other professionals you meet in your work. Furthermore, you approach your tasks responsibly and can independently perform, overview, and prioritize your work tasks.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience working as a licensed physiotherapist in municipal primary care and have experience in prescribing medical technical aids to care recipients in ordinary or special housing.

A driver's license is required as driving is included in the position.
