Nära Vård is Attendo's HSL organization, and we are responsible for providing quality HSL services to our patients within SÄBO, Home Care, LSS, and IOF during on-call hours, as well as for rehabilitation services.
We are growing and need to strengthen our organization during daytime with a focus on intermittent staffing of our SÄBO operations Monday to Friday.
You need to have previous professional experience as PAS/OAS within SÄBO as the position requires the ability to make independent decisions in complex situations as well as knowledge of the care chain and care processes related to SÄBO. Additionally, you need to have a flexible mindset and be able to adapt easily as the position involves working in different operations during various periods.
The catchment area primarily includes SÄBO operations in Malmö, Trelleborg, Vellinge, Kävlinge, and Lund. Work within LSS may occur by agreement.
Job Description
The role of pool nurse within Nära Vård requires broad clinical competence, independence, and the ability to act quickly and professionally in various types of care environments. As a pool nurse, your mission is to support SÄBO operations that need an extra nurse on duty or during vacancies in SÄBO operations.
At SÄBO, you perform assessments and make decisions regarding actions in planned and acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks as well as colleagues at the respective residence.
As a nurse within Nära Vård, you are significant, and your competence is highly valued. You are part of the team working to empower individuals. You have a leadership role with great opportunities to influence the operations.
Employment type: permanent position with a 6-month probationary period.
Working hours: daytime, Monday to Friday
Start date by agreement.
A driver's license is required.
Qualifications:
Licensed nurse with Swedish nursing license
At least 2 years of documented experience in elderly care, e.g., in home healthcare, assisted living, hospital ward, or short-term care
Experience and good ability to handle and interpret medical equipment, such as PD dialysis, medication pumps, tracheostomy, and other monitoring tools
Good ability to learn digital systems such as digital journal and reporting systems
Category B driver's license
It is an advantage if you also have:
Specialist training in psychiatry, geriatrics, emergency care, or district nursing
Experience in emergency care.
Previous knowledge of the journal system Lifecare
