The Role

Multiply is a technology-driven consulting company operating at the intersection of advanced system development, software, and complex industrial environments. We work on assignments where structure, trust, and execution capability are crucial – often in safety-critical contexts.

We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager for assignments within the defense industry, where you will have a clear mandate and significant responsibility to lead complex projects from start to finish.

About the Role

As a senior project manager, you are responsible for the overall project delivery. You lead and coordinate project teams, create clear structure, and ensure progress in all phases of the project – from initiation to closure. The role requires strong communication skills, high integrity, and experience working closely with both steering groups and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams in complex environments
• Engage and inspire teams towards common goals
• Plan, organize, and follow up on all phases of the project
• Report clear and accurate status to steering groups and stakeholders
• Communicate effectively with internal and external parties
• Ensure the right conditions and proactively address obstacles
• Identify, mitigate, and report risks
• Document and structure decisions, actions, and lessons learned
• Build strong relationships and long-term trust
• Lead steering group meetings and ensure the right support at the right time

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in leadership roles, including several years as a project manager
• Documented experience from the defense industry
• Good understanding of working in security-classified environments
• Approved security clearance (requirement)
• Excellent ability to create structure, drive decisions, and deliver results
