We are looking for an experienced requirements analyst who wants to strengthen a business development function where requirements work is a central part of several parallel initiatives. You will be a strategic and supportive resource who, in close collaboration with the business, contributes to coordinating and further developing common working methods, tools, and techniques. The role involves driving the requirements work forward and supporting project/assignment leaders to create the best possible conditions for delivery.

• Lead and coordinate the requirements process to ensure the right requirements at the right time and with the right quality
• Plan, prioritize, and follow up on requirements work in respective assignments
• Conduct interviews and workshops to gather and analyze needs from stakeholders and users
• Document and manage requirements in the form of requirement documents, specifications, and user stories (functional and non-functional requirements)
• Ensure a common understanding of requirements among stakeholders, project management, development, and testing
• Support lifecycle management of requirements, including traceability, change management, prioritization, and validation
• Contribute to the review and approval of requirements and support acceptance testing to ensure that the delivery meets defined requirements
• Identify risks and questions related to requirements and propose actions
• To a lesser extent, develop test plans based on requirement mass and support/lead the testing process

• Academic degree at least at the bachelor's level
• Several years of experience leading and driving requirements work in assignments/projects
• Experience in requirements gathering and analysis through interviews and workshops
• Experience documenting requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements, in requirement documents/specifications and user stories
• Experience in requirements management throughout the lifecycle (traceability, change management, prioritization, and validation)
• Ability to collaborate with multiple roles, such as stakeholders, project management, development teams, and testing
• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)

• Experience supporting testing activities such as acceptance testing
• Experience developing test plans and to some extent leading the testing process
